WHO ARE “NON FRIENDLY TO DISABLED PERSONS” = INDIAN RLYS, NHRC OF INDIA OR OHCHR = SIMPLY BLUFF TO DISABLED
PERSONS BY EVERY UNIT - -à DENY IF U CAN ?

a Retd. Sr. Citizen (72+yrs), CVA, Hemaparasis Disabled (60%), right side
of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side with out an escort but can only
operate computer / internet with unusual left hand to communicate rest part of
world especially in connection with social welfare works for betterment to old
age disability and disabled persons Received 17 Railway Awards during later
part services at Metro Railway-Kolkata - Chinmay Kar
Indian
Railways were
requested by this extreme Disabled Person to allow his attendant cum escort to
travel along with him in same compartment as the undersigned cannot move
without help of escort during the year 2009 followed by168 requests / reminders
to Indian Railway Minister, Chairman Indian Railways during the period 2009 and
up to 14.1.2014 [5 years = 1825 Days]

“अच्युत” “UNTOUCHABILITY” CATEGORY & NEGLECT BY
INDIAN RAILWAYS – not single reply, no acknowledgement or even simple response
as a token of civilized society were issued. Can you even dream such
irresponsible, uncivilized behavior by a Government organization in modern civilization.
The formal claim made out and sent to Indian Railways on 22.12.2012 also
remains un replied and filed without any action. All these are on records &
as such any one may like to examine by getting copy through written request
made to undersigned.

SURESH PROBHU, SAID
TO BE ALWAYS VIEW COMPUTOR COMMENTS ON RAILWAY ISSUE IS SILENT ON THIS ISSUE.
DO HE FEEL SHAME FOR RAILWAY ACTIVITY TOWARDS DISABLE COMMUNITY CONTRADICTORY
TO GOVT. SOFT POLICY TOWARDS PWD PERSONS?
NATIONAL
HUMAMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OF INDIA a formal complain & claim was lodged with NHRC on
14.1.2014 for enter into reference and announce judgement on the issue placed

NHRC of
India had a unfair & back door deal with Railways and suddenly stooped all
activities with regard to enter into reference even without any intimation to
the petitioner. Several reminders have been issued to the Chairman, NHRC of
India but he miserably failed to response / reply.
Kindly see
the shame full activity of NHRC of India in these modern civilized eras.
Surprising
no authority criticized such nonsense activity of NHRC of India. Sham to everybody
in civilized modern country.
At the recommendation of enable@un.org formal
complain have been lodged with above said two international organization deals
with Human Rights issues including issues related with Disability matters.
Unfortunately it is noticed that though international organizations expressed
dissatisfaction / sorry for the incident happened to the undersigned extreme
Disabled Person but these organizations are very shaky to express their views
to the highest administrative authority of India for remedial actions. However
the matter is being pursued with the global authority deals with Human Rights
& Disabled Matters.
However from all these cases referred to at above it may be
seen that although the aged extreme Disabled approaches Indian Railways through
168 submissions cum reminders & preferred claim owing to violation of Human
Rights, Indian Railway maintained strict silence & neglected, ignored aged
Disabled Person, usually as per Railway tradition of “Non friendly attitude to
Persons with Disability during the period 2009 to 2014 {Since neglect, ignore
continued over a spell of 5 years neglect, ignore by Railways is treated as
intentional & motivated) Even Indian
Railway Minister Sri. Suresh Probhu a gentleman is unable to pass remarks on
activity by railways. Justice from such an organization under these
circumstances appears to be simple nothing but to waste time & nothing
else. Unfortunate organization.
As second attempt entire complain & claim was formally
lodged with NHRC of India on 06.1.2014 vide registration No. 1413453
Very sorry NHRC of India authority had an illegal deal with Indian
Railway behind screen and stopped every activity like entering into reference
for the case, even without any intimation to the complainant. The entire issue
and illegal activity by the concerned departments have been brought to the
knowledge of Chairman, NHRC of Indiia but nothing happened, case closed / died
without action.
Justice from such an organization under these circumstances
appears to be simple nothing but to waste time & nothing else. Unfortunate
organization. What do you say?
