Time to time reminding this case have become necessary for this Hemaparasis Disabled(60%) right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side to chase a case at different office as his prayer is not receiving attention by the Railway Administration probably due to very much tight schedule now a day.

The basic prayer is to allow his attendant / Escort free to travel in 2nd class may be allowed to travel along with his extreme disabled person who cannot move for what so ever purpose, a Comp. Rly Pass holder as detailed in his earlier prayers. The prayer is made on Humanatarian Ground and as a Special case considering the difficulties explained in details.

Hope this disabler’s case may get humanitarian consideration at any moment and his prayer is approved. Thanking you all. Yours faithfully,
