It appears that the
request made by this extreme paralyzed disabled can’t move out side vide my
mails to you dated25.7.2015 & 1st August’2015 to kindly arrange
dispatch of formal printed Aadhaar Card to our address since being extreme
disabled person (as detailed at top of letterhead it is absolutely impossible
for a PWD / Aged person to hunt out said A Cards from dumping ground at Post Office
(743235) None is deputed from post office side to help finding out A Cards.
Either you have over looked the request made by this extreme PWD or did not
consider this as an important issue requiring urgent action. However you are
requested to kindly look into the request made and do needful at you earliest
possible. In case you are unable to allow request made by this aged extreme
Disabled please don’t hesitate to let me know immediately so that appropriate
authority at Central Gov. level and Hon’ble Court of Chief Commissioner for
Persons with Disability New Delhi (CCPD) can be referred to. My postal address
recorded once again for your ready reference.
Incidentally it is to
point out that we have not yet received any formal copy of printed Aadhaar Card
for 1062/11085/28231
and . 1062/11085/28232 indicated
by you that ‘dispatched’ vide your Mail dated 3rd August’2015. To day
morning some of my local friend visited the undersigned and informed that they
got enrolment on 22.05.2013 but yet to get formal printed A.Cards although
already dispatched. They were complaining about dispatching through post office
dumping system.

System prevailing to get formal printed Aadhaar Card from Post office
