Although Government of India acting through the President of India, Prime Minister of India etc declared its policy at different forum especially on 3rd December every year i.e. “International Day for Persons with Disability” to help / render better services towards Disabled Persons of the society it is painful to find that the good intention of the government are either ignored or willfully disregarded.

Ref: 1. CAO/BSNL/Alipore deliberately stopped rent free modems sanctioned by CGM/Kolkata vide E.Mail dated. 05.08.2009 & forcibly reintroduced monthly deduction of rent – reported to CGM/Kol -- See more details at Attachment “SAPRAJI”
2. Holding of different security deposits, bill payments etc through wrong bills for months together – See details at Attachment “Holding money through wrong billing”
You are requested to refer the above said letters wherein it was clearly pointed out that CAO / Alipore has neglecting orders of CGM/Kolkata and stopped the relaxations ordered forcefully. The entire issue & all other issues mentioned at different letters to CGM/ Kolkata- stands NO RESULT AT ALL.
In view of the fact that that Harassment, Ignorance/neglect & mis behavior to an old aged paralyzed disabled, who can’t move outside till continued by CAO/Alipore & BSNL, I have decided to discontinue to have BSNL Broad Band Connection only (2402-6000) w.e.f 30-06-2015. Broad Band Connection should be disconnected on & from 30-06-2015, as a mark of protest to AGED DISABLED PERSONS. It may please be noted that in view of above stand any bill drawn beyond 30-06-2015 in respect of Broad Band connection only of phone No.24026000 will not be entertained. Since the undersigned is an extreme paralyzed disabled as narrated above cannot move out side, this be treated as formal notice. Please refer to my mail dated 22-01-2014 (See Attachment) and return Security Deposit held for Broad Band within scheduled time frame to close BB chapter.
Best cooperation & sympathy shown / rendered to this aged extreme Disabled by Dr. S.K. Chakroborty CGM/Kolkata, Sri. K.C.Ghose, Sr. General Manager, South & Sri. B.
