Disabler's Desk - I am a Retd.  Sr. Citizen (69+yrs), CVA, Hemaparasis Disabled (60%), right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side with out an escort but can only operate computer / internet with unusual left hand to communicate rest part of world especially in connection with social welfare works for betterment to old age disability and disabled persons Received 17 Railway Awards during later part services at Metro Railway-Kolkata but as a Retd. Please refer to all letters and reminders quoted above in connection with subject issue. Reply and actions neglected to be complied although Senior General Manager concerned instructed for remedial actions as discussed over phone.

Immediate actions solicited. Kindly note that other conditions mentioned at the letters quoted will stand good. Since from records it is seen that this type of case is happing frequently and remedial course of action taken consuming much greater time, as well as causing final hardship to an aged extreme disabled person, the case is brought to the kind personal knowledge of Senior General Manager / South and higher authority of BSNL / DOT etc. Incidentally it is to mention that the undersigned will be out of HQ or two months for domestic reasons at Bongaon

Please refer to above letters addressed to you. It is not understood as to why you cannot clarify the actual reasons for claiming Rs. 500/- (already paid under protest on 28-01-2014) towards “ONE TIME CHARGES with out showing reasons”.

Another very interesting issue has come up. It is seen 11-02-2014 9: 10 am at on line bill position of BSNL web site for Ph.no. 2402 6000 shows -

(view bill at attachment) but while viewing the bill it is found that copy 0f earlier bill already paid on 28-01-2014 under protest has been pasted. Thus bill prepared on 07-02-2014 could not be verified and commented upon.

Hope you will do needful immediately keeping in view that holding any amount unnecessarily / without reasons covered by legally acceptable rules will invite payment of interest in terms of Indian Interest Act’84. Immediate reply & action solicited. Thanking you.
