The basic prayer is to allow his attendant / Escort free to travel in 2nd class may be allowed to travel along with his extreme disabled person who cannot move for what so ever purpose, a Comp. Rly Pass holder as detailed in his earlier prayers. The prayer made on Humanitarian Ground and as a Special case considering the difficulties explained in details vide series of letters referred to at above stands good. You are aware that pending approval this disabled had to cancel the intended south India pilgrimage tour at the fag end of his life.

Now this Retd. Disabled Sr.Citizen intends to visit pending south India pilgrimage spots along with his wife (aged 60 yrs a sickly asthmatic patient) only by this Nov'10 provided an escort is allowed to accompany me as prayed. A 60 year aged sickly lady cannot serve me as an escort which surely you will agree. [Since only daughter eligible to get pass (Sikha Kar) married on 27-06-2010 now onwards only myself and wife, both Sr.Citizen will travel with pass henceforth]**

Again a time to time reminding this case have become necessary for a Hemaparasis Disabled(60%) right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side to chase a case at different office as his prayer is not receiving attention by the Railway Administration probably due to very much tight schedule now a day. Considering this reminder twice in a week will henceforth will be issued. A certificate of Government Doctor (SDMO/Bongaon, Govt. of W.B) on Rly standard format is enclosed for ready appreciation who has certified that I cannot move without an escort. As committed earlier, a further certificate issued by Chief Medical Supdt. / M.Rly. / Kolkata that I cannot move without an escort is enclosed as further documentation.

Hope this disabler’s case may get humanitarian consideration at any moment by a kind hearted human being and his prayer is approved. Thanking you all. Yours faithfully,
