Kindly see this for kind information. Being a Retd. Disabled as narrated as above Sr. Citizen I had prayed for a loan of Rs.1.5 lks to meet the immediate expanses for my daughter's marriage fixed on 27.06.2010. As per SBI's prevailing rules for Sr. Citizen, I am eligible to get loan for Rs.1.10lks, which I had to accept but requested the highest authority of SBI to allow me a loan upto 1.5 lks considering the Disability element and the situation beyond my control. Al though FM, PM & POI of GoI expressed their intention to redress difficulties of PWDs, unfortunately it appears that SBI is yet to consider Disabled cases on merit. The target date of marriage is approaching very fast and thus increasing mental tension of ths old aged extreme disabled person but unfortunately the highest authority of SBI hesitates to response or decline to a old aged disabled person. Thank you to all for sparing few minutes for this unfortunate.

Bhatt., Chairman of State of India , INDIA chairman@sbi. co.in Dear Sir, Your kind personal attention is once again invited to my request letter dated.12.05. 2010 followed by rejoinder dated. 26.05.2010, 30.05.2010, 03.05.2010, 07.06.2010, 14-06-2010 & 17.06.2010. As a Disabled Sr.Citizen poor pensioner I had under compelled circumstance requested to consider rising of limit of loan for only 40 thousand to meet my requirement in connection with marriage of my daughter on 27.06.2010 as a special case to a old aged disabled pensioner. Incidentally so far nothing has been considered for old aged Disabled PWDs. Since the target is approaching very fast for which specific request has been made by this Disable Sr.Citizen pensioner, you are requested to kindly convey your directive keeping in view the request made vide my letter dated 30.05.2010 and oblige. Kindly feel free to convey you valued decision. Non reply will be treated as neglect, ignorance to the old aged Disabled Sr. Citizen of the human society. Incidentally it is reiterated that so far there exists no relaxations, exemptions or any specific provisions made by SBI towards benefit to old aged Disabled persons (PWDs) which is a social responsibility even though being a pure business concern.
