During the past five decades I have never seen a General Manager is happy to see such an abnormal delay as referred to at above takes place to dispose a case and don’t think you are an exception. May I know why a disabler’s case that cannot even move with out an escort to attend a office & chase is lying unnecessarily pending / neglected for five months with CMS - Dr. P.S.Guha. Kins specific attention is invited to my letters dated 04.12.2009 & 20.12.2009. I am not an Orthopedic patient & do not require to attend Howrah to obtain certificate in question which may kindly be noted.

However in the event your administration is unable / not in a position to issue certificate in question as having No Government Doctor at Metro Rly.Kolkata tantamount to curtailment a facility of the Govt. to a PWD, kindly feel free and let me know the constraints so that crores of people around the globe watching carefully and sympathetic to me do realize the situation prevailing.

Kind and sympathetic attitude shown to this disabled at the fag end of his service life at Metro Bhaban was recognized by a praising article sent to every one including you on 04.08.09 where as the present case is a neglect, ignorance to a Retd. Hemaparasis Disabled Sr.Citizen & extremely unfortunate one.
