INITIATIVE TAKEN BY AN AGED EXTREME DISABLED [PWD] ON 7.2.2017 TO RAILWAY FOR HIS INTENDED PILGRIMAGE JOURNEY UP TO PURI DHAM I.E. WELL IN ADVANCE BY 6 MONTHS AHEAD OF JOURNEY ON 20.8.2027 GOING TO BE FAILED ONCE AGAIN DUE TO NON COOPERATION BY INDIAN RAILWAY WITH AGED EXTREME DISABLED PERSON

Extreme Disabled Person Chinmay Kar appeal made to Indian Railways have been dealt with by Railways vide 6 (Six) different letters to Sri Kar. It is seen that each letter is contradictory to each other, extremely doubtful, and misguiding to Disabled Person; - all are being placed on record for perusal by general public with their own eyes. It is now sure that unless Indian Railways render help to this aged Disabled Person it is extremely difficult to maintain the most cumbersome method suggested by Railway for the proposed pilgrimage journey to PURI DHAM MIGHT HAVE TO BE CANCELLED.
