WHY TIME & AGAIN "UIDAI" MISERABLY FAILED TO KEEP THEIR OWN COMMITMENT & UNABLE TO SUPPLY FORMAL PRINTED AADHAR CARDS TO RESIDENTS

Your report in connection with providing formal printed Aadhar Cards in the name of Chinmoy Kar and Binapani Kar of Bongaon Pin: 743235 has been examined and the following are observed.
 
In this connection you are requested to see your e-mail to me dated 03.8.2015 and dated 06.4.2016 (see referred e-mails at Attachment) wherein it was stated formal printed copy of Aadhar Card has been dispatched to me on 11.7.2015, 15.7.2015 & 02.4.2016 respectively as per your record.
 
It is to mention clearly that your claim is totally false & untruth. Where from you have got my address? No address is recorded at Aadhar Enrollment Slip provided to me & others. As per directive of your mail dated 12.8.2016 reprinted Aadhar Card will be sent to recorded address only at the time of enrollment. Copy of Mobile snapped photo copy of enrollment slip and E-Aadhar Card issued to me are available at Attachment may be seen.
 
However you are requested to send printed Aadhar Card immediately to the address provided by the undersigned treating this as most urgent. Kindly note that further delay will be treated as CAUSING EXTREME HARASSMENT TO A SENIOR CITIZEN, PARALYZED DISABLED WHO CAN’T MOVE OUTSIDE WITHOUT ESCORTS FOR WHATSOEVER PURPOSE.
