MOTIVATED, DOUBTFUL ABOUT TURN / BACK OUT BY NHRC OF INDIA

DEBARRED JUSTICE TO AGED DISABLED [PWD] CAN’T MOVE W/O ESCORTS  #     case:- Chinmay Kar  VS   Indian Railways

Before case is formally lodged with United Nations ‘Enable’ in terms of their Dspd Enable mail dated 27.02.2016 certain points needed be clarified by NHRC of India. More & more exhibits i.e letters issued by NHRC of India to Indian Railways may be seen. Railways did not cared these letters of NHRC / Not even responded (not understood if any settlement negotiation held between NHRC & I. Railways had taken place) but NHRC of India all on a sudden stopped all its activity on FINALLY REGISTERED COMPLAIN &  claim LODGED NHRC COMPLAIN / CLAIM CASE D.No. 1413453 dated 06-01-2014.

Kind attention is invited to NHRC of India’s letter No. 40 / 25 / 15 / 2011 / OC Dated 22.01.2011 & 975 / 25 / 5 / 2011 / OC Dated 11.10.2011. where in it was intimated that Commission said “The complaint is addressed to other authority with only copy sent to the commission. The authority is expected to take appropriate action in the matter, Hence no action is called for, file”

Again NHRC of India’s  letter to Chairman, Ministry of Railways, New Delhi vide letter No. 195 / 25 / 5 / 2012 / OC Dated 20.02.2013 action taken as ordered by commission “The complaint be transmitted to concerned authority for such action as deemed appropriate. 2. Accordingly I am forwarding a copy of the complaint to you for its disposal at your end.”

Again to Chairman, Ministry of Railways, India vide No. 117 / 25 / 5 / 2013 / OC Dated 08.03.2013 same action by commission as mentioned above.

From above information recorded at it may be seen that out of 168 reminders cum appeal made to Indian Railways during 2009 to 2014 National Human Rights Commission of India were all along associated with the prayer made to railway on extreme disability, human rights, religious, humanitarian grounds etc bur railways willfully stay away from responding or replying, rejecting appeals made.

 NHRC of India after three months from receiving formal complains cum claim D.No. 1413453 dated 06-01-2014 made further reference to Chairman, Ministry of Railways to furnish detail report of my case to them.

 It is further understood that there had been a meeting held between Railway & NHRC / India in connection with complain & claim lodged on 06.01.2014. The understanding made, decision drawn out, financial settlement made are not known but it is seen that NHRC / India stopped all it activity on the case and did not show any interest even to enter in to reference. What happened after the meeting held with Railways – is clearly doubtful. More & more involvement by NHRC / India will be brought to notice very soon.  It is not understood why an  aged extreme disabled is deprived justice from NHRC / India and claim made. Complain made & claim made stands good.

I AM A RETIRED POOR CENTRAL GOVT SERVANT, CVA, Hemaparasis Disabled (60%), right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side with out an escort but can only operate computer / internet with unusual left hand to communicate rest part of world especially in connection with social welfare works for betterment to old age disability and disabled persons. I am not fully aware how to place my submission to Hon’ble SC and pray justice of injustice made to this aged Disabled person. I apprehend I may have to leave this beautiful earth without having proper justice on injustice made to me. Help solicited.
