It is seen that situation did not improve even after my attendance to your office by way of e-mails quoted above.
Are you in a position to tell me the ultimate disposal of the following letters:

When my case was recommended by both Governor, West Bengal and Ministry of SJE, Govt. of India I was a Post Stroke Paralyzed Disabled Patient of 65 years and now I am aged 68 years awaiting final out come.
KINDLY DON’T HESITATE AND FEEL FREE TO INFORM ME THE POSSIBLE TIME I.E. HOW MANY MORE DAYS, MONTHS, OR YEARS YOU WILL REQUIRE TO CONCLUDE THIS EPISODE?
Hope you will kindly gear up your machinery to conclude the issue in a befitting manner so that lot of friends on global social network services stop expressing dissatisfaction over the negative attitude to an extreme disabled. Hope you have realized the unhappy situation prevailing and do not hesitate to initiate positive actions without further loss of time

Respected Sir, But for acute physical constraints prevailing I would have personally attend you to submit the following for your humanitarian consideration and suitable orders.. This is to inform that I am a poor Retd. Central Govt.Servant, 64+ aged old Hemiparasis Disabled (60% assessed by Handicapped certificate issuing authority of Govt. Depts., right side of body fully paralyzed) patient having burden of maintaining family of wife, and unemployed children's and comparatively very expenditure towards medical expenditure including a rental accommodation at Kolkata for treatment purpose beside my permanent residence at Bongaon 80 km away, with meager pension in these hard days. I am totally dependent on others in respect of my minimum requirements of a human being except that I can only use internet / computer with my unusual left hand for communications, voluntary social services(NGO) without remuneration to the extend possible and amusements etc. for remaining days as I cannot move out side freely for what so ever purpose. As internet has become an essential part of remaining days of my life and though financially not in a sound position but had to avail Broad Band connection. Computer and internet has become life line of this old disabled person. It is seen that there exists practically no Relaxation, Exemptions and Special Provisions to redress difficulties of old age disability and disabled persons. As regards exemptions / relaxations / special provisions if any made available by Government vide notification or an Act. for old age disability and disable, an enquiry was made by me through e-mails to all higher officials of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt of India but unfortunately no reply received. Incidentally Secretary UN Org (Disabled) on being referred on the similar line has informed vide e-mail dated 02.04.2009 "Please see our website for more information on the Convention on the Rights
of Persons with Disabilities, which is a legally binding treaty on Governments. . Also, India has ratified the Convention on 1 October 2007".Possibly there exists no clear-cut directive in this regard and thus concerned ministry is unable to reply. Pending above it is stated that the life line of this old disabled person i.e. the Computer set purchased in the year 2002 has become practically unserviceable due to old age and over burden resulting frequent interruption while working. Since being poor pensioner and leading circumstances narrated at above I am not in a position to purchase a new computer set. Probably you are aware that I use computer with my unusual left hand and working with an NGO (ssbdss_ngo@ rediffmail. com) without any remuneration for betterment of old aged disability and disabled persons and Child welfare works and connected around the world. As Computer has become a life line of the undersigned disabled person like other artificial aids provided to a Disabled Person, it is earnestly requested to kindly arrange providing me with a Computer set with all its requisites form your department, i.e. a department deals with social welfare services for Disabled Persons. Incidentally it is to state that M/s. Quick Heal Technologies Ltd, a highly international reputed firm has supplied me an up-to-date 'Antivirus-10' their costly product free of cost to me considering the magnitude of disability. It is hoped and prayed that your department will consider the issue on humanitarian ground based on situation brought out at above in detail with out engaging themselves to find out procedural lacunas. It may kindly be noted that you are already aware of the case as your good office have dealt with the case in several earlier occasions. However for better appreciation copy of my submission dated 30-05-2009, self explanatory placed at Attachment with yellow hatched portion may kindly be seen. For your ready reference a copy of quotation of my requirement collected on request by mail from a firm is placed at attachment. At present I am working with a hired machine as I cannot work / depend on my old computer set.
However in any case I would like to request you to take initiative at the earliest as I am running 67 yrs and like to avail facility if provided for the remaining days before bidding good bye the universe.
