Sub: Matters related to Old Aged Disabled Persons & PWDs cannot move

out side with out an escort for whatsoever purpose & security aspects.

In connection with above an enquiry was made with Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India whether there exist any Exemptions, Relaxations or any other provisions made available to OAD persons. SJE could not reply for past three years. Probably extreme constraints / difficulties by aged disabled / disabled cannot move out side with out an escort were not taken into serious consideration by any appropriate authority and as such there exist no rules / guide lines made for them. No problem, it may be done right now.

However we well wishers to OAD persons like to post some articles / factual presentation of happening to OADs can’t move out side for perusal and better appriciation by general public, persons deals with PWD affairs & UNO – Disabled so that they start thinking do introduce some rules for these persons so that they can lead their balance life hazardless and secured on the beautiful earth. You are requested to kindly let us know the mail ID or web link where we can send our articles for circulation / posting.

Incidentally a sue-motto proposal for making some essential rules for old aged disabled, disabled who can’t move out side including safety aspects have been sent to appropriate authority of Govt. of India for consideration and necessary action. A copy is placed at Attachment for kind perusal. “International Day for Persons with Disability – 3^rd December” is approaching very fast. We expect that instead of good lectures, colorful seminars or Road shows some positive actions with sincerity will be taken for the betterment to entire PWD community. Let us hope for a better tomorrow. Thanks.
