INSULTS, CARICATURES MADE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITY on the issue of Differential treatment made to a disabled (80%)- Sri. Ashim Ghosh, Paschimpara,Bongaon, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India, in issuing an Electoral Photo Identity Card by a group of officers in front of District Magistrate / North 24 Parganas / West Bengal / India on 30-08-2010

Deliberate differential treatment made by local administration in respect of issue of an EPIC to a disabled (80%) who possess huge documents, certificates and exhibits to prove his eligibility but denied by administration on purely FAKE and IMMAGINARY grounds have been brought to the knowledge through different world web sites for general information of public and all high ranking administrative government officials including Chief Election Commissioner of India. Even Ration Card, High School (Estb 1886) certificate and PAN Card etc are being denied as eligibility. Presently the case / issue is with CECI who assured fair incoming election for the country. The more you go through the more surprise waits for you.

As regards Insults, caricatures:
On 23.08.2010 Sri. Binood Kumar, District Magistrate, 24 Parganas, W.B, India rang up and advised me to depute a lawyer to his office to represent on behalf of us (both myself and Sri. Ashim cannot move out due to disabled reasons) at the hearing to be conducted by him on 30-08-2010. Sri. Anirban Chakroborty, Advocate and my son attended the said hearing on 30-08-2010 when the shameful incident of civilized country happened.

In reference above. As desired by you, Sri. Anirban Chakroborty, Ld Advocate from Barasat Court was engaged to represent the subject matter at court of DM / N-24 Parganas on 30.08.2010 on behalf of Ashim Ghosh. I am given to understand that during hearing held on 30.08.2010 some officials of the respondent (since all happened in your presence names not indicated as a good will gesture) side used the under mentioned quotes / criticized in front of the District Magistrate, Ld Advocate on record & my son. It is noticed that DM is sympatric to Persons With Disability and further he has specially / exhaustively expressed sympathy to PWDs at his latest orders***. As such I will be highly glad if you kindly let me know your views in this respect at the earliest possible.

1. …Ashim, a Disabled Person ….--> “Disabled so what?..... hi…hi”

2. …Disabled posses PAN Card….He is a electronic technician, working at a T.V shop on a salary for Rs. 600/’ p.m.--> “..Ho..Ho.. Why a poor DISABLED requires PAN** card? .. a PAN Card has got no meaning as a PAN** Card is easily available now a day…. Ho…Ho…”
3. …Ashim is residing with Chinmay Kar (Disabled) Mama’ residence at Bongaon for more than 28 years…  “ Aha….Who is this old Disabled man?….this man might have brought this Disabled some ¾ years back for some illegal purpose……old disabled should be brought here so that his activity can be verified…”
4. ….being a disabled person he (Ashim) he could not move to offices which may be sympathically….--> “Ho…Ho…is there any rule that a Disabled case be dealt with sumpathically? Ha…ha…ho…ho”
5 ...”.those two persons( i.e.,Ashim Ghosh & Chinmay Kar) should throw to the jail. Ha......Ha......Ha”

I will be highly obliged & grateful if you kindly specifically name the person who pronounced “Fake mother” and name of the incumbent ERO / AERO said to have rejected the claim made through production of PAN card and other documents as mentioned at order dated 04-10-2010 but published after 56 days i.e. on 30-11-2010.

As the particulars requested at above are in no way endangering the safety, security of the country, I hope there will be no problem for you to let me know early.
