I am sorry that once again I had to remind you for this case. The entire case i.e. the correspondences made between you and other government departments since June’2009 to till date are enclosed for your ready reference. You may be unhappy to see such reminders from a disabled, right side of body fully paralyzed but can operate computer with unusual left hand only, cannot move out side with out an escort, chasing you for a conclusive reply instead of transmitting unproductive papers from one office to other situated at the far end of the country.

However, on the eve of “INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY -03-12-2010”, likely to be celebrated by all in the form of road shows, conducting seminars etc, kindly feel free to communicate that owing to ‘Disability / inability reasons by Social Justice & Welfare Ministry (India) and Chief Commissioners / Disability ’ you are unable to help Retd. Sr. Citizen, Hemaparasis Disabled (60%), right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side with out an escort.
