25.01.10, 02.02.10 & 08.02.10,

Case outstanding with CMS / M.Rly /Kolkata since 14-11-2009 à 90 days (more than 30 days in contrary to PWI Act'1955) unattended & thus a Hemaparasis Disabled (60%), right side of body fully paralyzed, cannot move out side with out an escort but only can operate computer / internet for communication to rest part of world in connection with social works towards betterment of old aged disability & PWDs is neglected months together. For ready appreciation of neglects made to a disabled person kindly see my E-mail dated 04-12-2009 & followed by series of reminders and copy of documents.
