Regrettably, processing your complaint is beyond the scope of work of our office. If you are looking to make a complaint, you may wish to send your correspondence to the Petitions Unit of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), which handles all communications submitted under Optional Protocols of human rights treaty bodies: tb-petitions@ohchr.org. The implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is monitored by a group of independent experts known as the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The Optional Protocol to the Convention gives the Committee competence to examine individual complaints with regard to alleged violations of the Convention by States parties to the Protocol. The Petitions Unit of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) handles all communications submitted under Optional Protocols of human rights treaty bodies.
