Kind attention is invited to the submissions made purely on humanitarian consideration before you under references mentioned at above. Prayer was made when I was aged 64+ & now I am aged 66+. I am afraid that besides physical constraints owing to hemiparasis disability, further deterioration will come up in respect of mental & physical condition within next 2/ 3 years which will not allow me to move anywhere on pilgrimage purpose and there by the very ultimate intention of pilgrimage at the fag end of life will be defeated.
In this context it is apprehended that due to some administrative constraints under extant rules, unless otherwise the issue is treated as special nature of issue of an extreme disabled, purely on humanitarian grounds it could not be acceded to. In case you consider that my prayer is not sufficient enough for consideration, kindly advise me so that the Government of India & others may be prayed for consideration to recommend you. Financial impact to consider such cases on purely humanitarian grounds even up to 1000 cases will incur barest legible expenditure & do not have any repercussion on principle budget made. I however personally do not feel it is necessary as railway ministry (GoI) is sufficiently good enough to take independent decision. For further consideration certain essential documents sent earlier are enclosed at attachment for your ready appreciation.. Incidentally since the e-mail ID of GM / M.Rly / Kolkata does not work properly, sending copy to GM has to be stopped. Hope you will issue necessary directives so that this disabled, Sr.Citizen couple may travel along with escort / attendant provided to them in same compartment.
